Originating from near Bologna in Italy, Domenico has had a stellar career in some of Europe and Australia’s best restaurants. Guided by renowned chefs including Luca Marchini, Piergiorgio Parini and Andrea Accordi, he’s been employed in Michelin star establishments in London, Italy and Prague. In Australia, Domenico has worked with chefs Luke Mangan and Neil Perry and in his own highly regarded Albert Park restaurant. Locale realises his passion to return to country living and an artisan style of cooking.
